I dont want to sound like an idiot, but I am used to using SQL 2000

I have installed SQL 2005 on a server and am playing around with it. I do not see an enterprise manager anymore and am wondering how I access the accounts and databases within 2005. I am trying to create a new DB and it says that the sa account is locked out.
