Exchange 2007 - 32bit version to prep AD
where can i download the 32-bit version of exchange 2007 to prepare AD with.
Or this one for management tools?

As you probably know this version is not for production but for Lab only.
You should prepare AD in production enviornment using the production version.

ok. so where can i download the production verison from?
Not sure that you can download production version unless you have technet or SA..
Maybe a trial version is available?

It is safe to prep AD from the 32 bit version of Exchange. Microsoft even supports using the 32-bit version to administer Exchange from Windows XP or 2003.
