    Accepted Solution

You could enable "audit object access" policy on the local policy of the computer your dealing with. Then go to the properties of the folder in question click on the advanced button on the security tab you should then be able to play around and figure out what you need to log.

    local policy:
    Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Audit Policy
