I got Windows  could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt.   <windows root>\System32\Ntoskrnl.exe is missing or corrupt Please reinstall a copy of the aboue file.

I inserted the Wind2K CD and pressed R, but then I got the error saying setup can not find the disk drives.  I have Raid 5 running on IBM Nefinity server.

Any ideas how can I fix this problem ?
Thanks in Advance.
