64 bit Video Card with 32 bit processor
Do you first have to have a 64 bit processor before you can use other 64 bit hardware for example can I use a DDR2 64 bit video card with a 32 bit processor and DDR hard drive.

The data width that the video card uses is independent of your cpu. Your graphics processor operates entirely on the card, unless it needs to access your motherboard RAM, in which case it uses the video card interface to the motherboard. Basically, all you need is a card interface that is a compatible version if it is AGP or just the same interface if it is PCI-e (it should be x16, which is 16 lanes).

Please bare with me a few more questions.
I have actually had a 64 bit video card installed. The driver was installed on my Windows XP partition. When I attempt to install the driver on my Windows Server 2003 partition I am told that I cannot install on 32 bit version of Windows Server 2003, does this mean that if I install a 64 bit version of Windows Server 2003 the video card driver software will install?

No I didn't install the correct one as only the 64bit drivers were listed on the initial shield however once I browsed the disc I found the 32bit XP driver and installed it successfully.
