Set up Watchguard Firebox X750e on Verizon Business DSL w/Static IP via Westell Versalink

New to the area, need some assistance...

A client is at a location where he only can only get Verizon DSL for Static IP and I am setting up a Watchguard Firebox X750e on that Verizon Business Static IP line.  Verizon gave us a Westell Versalink router as the DSL/Ethernet gateway.  I had the router set to "Bridge" and "Bridge" under Advanced>WAN>Multiple PVC VC 1 Configuration as was able to pass internet access through the Firewall.

However, I am unable to access the Firebox from outside using the Fireware Management software.  It does not connect.

This was not a problem with Verizon FiOS; since the FiOS passes the Static IP thru directly.

I suspect that the Westell Versalink is catching the Static IP and not passing it thru to the Firebox X750e; which is what I want to use to manage the Static IP.  Is there something on the Westell Versalink DSL modem I need to disable so it would just allow the Firebox to connect externally using the Watchguard Management Software remotely?  It doesn't seem like anyone at Verizon knows what the heck I am talking about.
