moving to Server 2003 64bit from 32 bit.

I have a windows 2003 server and I need to upgrade it to server 2003 64bit so that I can install echange 2007 on this box. Any tips? Ca I upgrade or is it a fresh insall?

It's a fresh install - there is no upgrade to 64 bit.
