routing

I have 2 routers. one of them with ip address 10.y.y.114, and the PE router 10.y.y.113 (which I ofcours can ping. the vrf is vrf_test. on the other side I have a router with the IP 10.x.x.6 with a PE router 10.x.x.5 and the wrf on this side is vrf_prod. I do not have access to the PE routers. So what should I do to get a connection between these two routers ?

What type of connection have you on the PE routers? Leased Line/ MPLS/ xDSL etc??

if its not an internet connection then you'll need the supplier to configure routing bewteen the 2 networks within their own core network, so gice them a ring.
