E2K3 BackupExec 10d Access denied

Hi,
First of all, excuse me for my written english which is not perfect.
Since 4 weeks, I 've this kind of message in my nightly backup :
Job ended: mercredi 25 juillet 2007 at 4:13:10
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0008488 - Access is denied.
Final error category: Security Errors
For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-33928
In "Job Completion Status" section :
Access denied to file Dautzenberg Thierry [td]&Top of Information Store&Inbox&Absence pour CP.
The item \\CH-SRV-MAIL\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes\Dautzenberg Thierry [td]&Top of Information Store&Inbox&Œ00009133e344a7742d9b002a9f69d188085ca900022d000fe58fb496bf31d00000da00Absence pour CP in use - skipped.
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.

In "Errors" section :
Access denied to file Dautzenberg Thierry [td]&Top of Information Store&Inbox&Absence pour CP.
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied

In "Exceptions" section :
The item \\CH-SRV-MAIL\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes\Dautzenberg Thierry [td]&Top of Information Store&Inbox&Œ00009133e344a7742d9b002a9f69d188085ca900022d000fe58fb496bf31d00000da00Absence pour CP in use - skipped.
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.

This example  is an old email, not in use (received in december 2005)

The object of this email is "Absence pour CP", NOT Œ00009133e344a7742d9b002a9f69d188085ca900022d000fe58fb496bf31d00000da00Absence pour CP in use.

Why these kind of characters Œ00009133e344a7742d9b002a9f69d188085ca900022d000fe58fb496bf31d00000da00  before the "official email object" ????
I 've 50 emails with the same problem for 10-15 mailboxes (total 200 mailboxes on this exchange server).
Client Computers are shutdown every night.
If I forward these emails to the same person (from Dautzenberg Thierry to Dautzenberg Thierry), the problem is solved (but in these case, the original sender is no more the same).

Server : Windows 2003 Srv SP2 (updated with WSUS 2.0)
Exchange 2003 SP2
BackupExec 10d SP3
The Logon account in backupExec is the same since 2 years (password never expires and is domain admin and exchange admin).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, the characters before the official email object are foreign characters (or chinese characters), NOT numbers like indicated in my question.
one thing that I am in the process of trying to resolve this problem is to use BackupExec 11d
BE will skip emails with Japanese for foreign characters in the email.this is a known issue.Have you applied the SP3?

Symantec Backup Exec (tm) 10.1 (10d) for Windows Servers revision 5629 - Service Pack 3 - Includes Critical Security Updates

The installed version is BE 10.1 rev 5629 Service Pack 3. This SP3 was installed 3 weeks ago (after the problems appeared) but no positive results.
