What is the OS?
This seems to be a bug and Oracle Support can help you.

Have you upgraded the Dictionary after upgrading the Software to 9.2.0.8?
have you recently installed additional software on this computer.
If this is a Linux/Unix machine additional installations can harm Oracle server
and you will constaly face ORA-03113 errror. But seems this is not the case.

i have a windows 2003 server sp1. this is an old error from time when the oracle installed was 9.2.0.1
but somedays the exports worked and somedays not. oracle Consultant recommended to upgrade to oracle9.2.0.4 .well it became to happen less frequentkly like once per week. so he recommended to upgrade to .8 version and we did. and now it is never working.....

have you upgraded the Catalog?
I mean have you run catpatch.sql script
after you upgrade the software using Oracle
Universal Installer?

In the past I've seen random 3113's on tables with LOBS and it was a data problem.  I could never get a reproducible test case to send to Support for a patch but I narrowed it down to specific rows and how they were inserted.

How big is the table and can you play a bit?  If possible, try creating a new table and exporting that.

First just try a simple create table myTab as select * from CSH_TRN;

If it still fails maybe limit the number of rows with a where clause
or
use a PL/SQL block to change up the insert order:
----------------------------------------------------
begin
for i in (select ... from CSH_TRN order by someColumn desc ) loop
 insert into myTab values (...);
end loop;
end;

Sometimes this happens if the table has objects or some exotic (not trivial) structure.
Can you analyze the table.

Also please carefully check the values of
PATH, ORACLE_HOME,LC_LIBRARY_PATH
