is it just for that folder or for that server...
open the folder(address bar is displayed)
just uncheck the Address Toolbar from View Toolbars
close the window..
create a shortcut to that folder

Check if the Address bar is shown..

Ok, it's only that particular folder.  I'm trying to create a link on our intranet website that will open that folder without showing the address bar.

if it is just a folder being accessed thru a website, you could just disable the "browse" feature..

or am i missing the point?

I dont want to disable the browse feature because there are files and folders within the folder I want to give access to.  I want to create a link on my intranet website that will open an explorer window (not a web page) on one of my servers.  The linkI provided above will do that, however, I want this windows to open up on any computer without the address bar for security reasons.  In order to do this properly, I need to change the link, not the computer.  I just need to know how to create a link that will do this.

Maybe what you are looking for is a way to Spoof your own internal address?

I do not believe you can create a Link that will Also disable the Address bar.
