How to you turn off the message alerts on outlook 2002? Im tired of always getting an alert everytime there an email is sent.

    Outlook > Tools > Options > Preferences > Email Options > Advanced Email Options.

    To turn off message alerts, go to Tools > Options > Preferences tab > Email Options > Advanced Email Options button.  Under When new items arrives, uncheck all the options.
