In the user's account properties, go to the profile tab. Under the "Home Folder" section, select the drive letter and the path that the user's home drive should be located on - if you use the %username% variable (\\servername\sharename\%username%), the folder will be automatically created with the correct permissions.

Greetings Shawnjoyner,

Open AD -> Right Click on user name -> Properties -> select Profile tab -> under Home Folder frame click on Connect option -> Select Drive letter -> in To textbox type UNC path to users home directory (like: \\Fileserver\users\shawnjoyner) -> Click OK.
