on the face of it you have a problem with your DNS server/service as it cannot resolve the  address of us1-ws.service.gehealthcare.com

is the site up?
are you behind a firewall and aren't allow to run the gethostbyname request?

have you tried pinging the site?

Thanks... I will go forward from there on this... I noticed that it times out on an internal network ip address..

Would it be that the firewall is blocking the gethostbyname request or is it something on the server... There isn't a firewall running on the server.
