Exchange 2003 - Incoming emails

In Exchange 2003 is it possible to have all emails coming into an organization copied to a seperate designated mailbox as well as, of course, going to the users individual mailboxes?

you can edit the user in active directory in the exchange general tab and click the delivery options button and add a forwarding option, note, make sure you check the checkbox below that allows it to deliver to both.

Oh, My mistake, I thought you meant users, not the whole organization.  Yes amaheshwari's entry is what I would use as well.
