Agent to create and mail pdf from a page

I am wanting to create an agent that will create a pdf from a page in a Lotus Notes Database and email it to a group of people.
Is this possible? How is it achieved? any examples etc. If not, is it possible to mail the page itself?

This is only possible using 3rd party addins such as Swing Integrator.

Or the Notes To PDF product at www.n2pdf.com

It will be difficult to do this using a PDF or PostScript driver, because drivers generaly prompt the user for a filename for the .pdf or .ps file.  If you can find a way around that limitation, you can either

1) get the driver to print straight to a known PDF filename
2) watch for completion of the file
3) mail the file
1) get the driver or other software to create a known PS filename
2) wait for completion
3) convert from know PS file to known PDF file
4) wait for completion
5) mail the PDF file

You may want to look at the custom edition of CutePDF at http://www.cutepdf.com/Solutions/pdfwriter2.asp#Module

Then you can modify HKCU\Software\CutePDF\OutputFile before printing, run the print job per the logic above, and reset the value.

Experts, you really should leave the topics and anchor links out the EE URLs that you post here.  Each question has a unique question number regardless of topic.  Doing this will ensure that the links continue to function in the future, even if the topic changes (like this one did).

Just a friendly reminder!  :)

Sure my friend I will try to follow your advice from next time.

Didn't get anywhere with this, but thanks for your suggestions all the same.
