There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.
< #5.5.0 smtp;550 <>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table>

And if I send an e-mail to the pop 3 account from my gmail account he receives the mail.

P.S Everything was working fine I and nothing changed.
Who is Participating?
I think its a DNS problem,

Goto and to a mail test, it should be under tools.

I assuming pop3 as pop3 server(ex:VPOP3)
Why are using exchange and pop3 for the same domain.
When you are sending from exchange to checks for that email address in the exchange server because it think that it is reponsible for domain, if it can't finf then it rejects the email.Thats what is happening in your case. But when you sending it externally from gmail.both the exchange and pop3 which has got email address claims it and sends the email to the recipient.
