How can i get the persons connected to a router to a file

I have a wifi router which i use to connect to my internal and another for internet access.Is there a way to get the report of how many are connected to the router at this time. I dont want to login to the router but way to get this data remotely to a txt file.

Machine,ipaddress and mac address of all the connected computers.

I have the router ip's in a file.

            Hi Sharath
                  This is available if your router has logging functionality (syslog), and able to forward this logs to a syslog server.
