Connecting 2 computers with modems

I have one PC in Memphis and one in New york, they are both home computers and connected to internet with a modem(not DSL). Can I access either computer from either locations using dialup. If so, how do I set it up?

thanks

Will there be anyone on your other computer or nearby?
Then you may have to consider purchasing a router

Transaction-level recovery for Oracle database

Veeam Explore for Oracle delivers low RTOs and RPOs with agentless transaction log backup and transaction-level recovery of Oracle databases. You can restore the database to a precise point in time, even to a specific transaction.

You do not need an static ip address.  go to whatismyip.com and find out what the one address is, and then you can access it with that ip.  Of course it will change on each dial-up session

logmein.com is also a good program and is free.
