The business I work for is switching IT vendors and we will soon be moving our two servers to a different provider. Almost everything server-related is Greek to me. The new IT provider needed the Admin. User password, which I was able to do without a problem. However, they also need a password that is being requested by Trend Micro Server Protect Management Console 5.58. We are running Server 2003. When I try to open the Console (we need to uninstall the Trend Micro because our license expired and we are using a different solution) I am prompted for an Information Server password. I have no idea what it is and our current IT provider has no clue either. They offered to do a *network audit* in order to figure out the password they never documented, apparently. I really need help with this. Any thoughts, tips, suggestions? Thank you.
