I'm getting an error: "The multi-part identifier "PatientInfo"."PatientID" could not be bound."

... on this formula:

(SELECT "lu_OutcomeCode"."OutcomeCodeName"
FROM "VSD_ClinicalPathways"."dbo"."lu_OutcomeCode" "OutcomeCode" INNER JOIN "VSD_ClinicalPathways"."dbo"."PatientArrival" "PatientArrival"
ON "OutcomeCode"."OutcomeCodeID" = "PatientArrival"."PatientArrHOBNotMetCode"
WHERE  "PatientID" = "PatientInfo"."PatientID")

Not sure where I'm going wrong.
