I have a interesting problem...I have a conference room which has its own mailbox. The calendar for this resource is set to automatically accept meeting request and to automatically decline conflicts. All this week the conference room is booked all day long yet. Users are seeing the conference room a free and are booking meeting in the conference room. Any thoughts on this?

I assume Outlook / Exchange 2003. There seem to be many bugs in the sharing of a calendar, my hint is Office Update on all clients and the latest patches on the server to begin with
