Couldn't find a download floating around, but I think if you download a service pack and extract the contents the tool would be in there:<br />

i beleve what is occurring is a copy of every email is being sent to another mailbox, what mailbox i don't know. &nbsp;Is there a way to check this?

There was a utility that came with Exchange 2000 that could remove unseen filters on email accounts. <br />
I was located on the cd under the utilities folder. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
Does anyone know where i can find that now??<br />
