I want to start creating Podcasts on a MAC. Can someone give me some advice on what software I should use? It doesn't have to be shareware/freeware, I'm happy to pay for it as long as it's good.

GarageBand does a nice job at creating Podcasts, and is probably already loaded on you machine. If not you will need to purchase iLife.
