Outlook mail rules not working!!!!

Hi Guys and Gals,

I am having problems with outlook 2003 (Win2k3) using mail rules.  I have setup a rule to delete all emails that come into the inbox, but for some reason it seems to miss a few here the there. So i have setup mail rules through webmail. I have also setup three of the same rules to delete all emails that come into the inbox...... but again i get some mail that stays in the inbox. Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers

Greetings kybui !

Edit the rule to delete all emails.  Add stop processing more rule.  One of the other rules is likely moving the emails back to Inbox.

Best wishes, war1

Hi War1,

The other rules are the same (just delete all). I have tried removing all  but one rule and seleted the "Stop processing more rules" but still getting some through to the inbox. cheers
What is the exact criteria for deleting the email?  Based on subject? What email with that criteria is getting through?
No criteria at all, the only thing that is ticked is Delete it.
It is random the emails that still come through but mainly all : system undeliverable emails.

kubul, any update?
Sorry........   just got around to testing this. Have added extra rule to delete all emails with the subject: "Undeliverable :" but still no luck. A few still get through, any ideas?
The person is no longer with the company and this is no longer required. cheers
