I have a SBS 2003 with a Nortel phone system. The phone systen allows me to install a client software that will make a folder on outlook 2003 for thier voice mail to go thier in a wave format. The only issue is the reason i want to do this is so my phone can sync with my inbox and i can listen to my v mail on the road. Is thier a way to move the v-mail when it comes in without user intervention to my in box? This has to be very reliable

If you are using Exchange, you can setup a rule (server side) that will move or copy the email in the VMail folder to the inbox.

Right click on one of the VMail emails and click Creat Rule.  Select the From This Email Address check box and select the Inbox on the bottom option (Move this email to the Inbox folder).

Once this is done, the mail will automatically move the email from the VMail folder to the Inbox.

    Hope this helps!
