Set Cisco Aironet 1200 to Factory Default - But Password lost!

How can i set a Set Cisco Aironet 1200 to Factory Default without know the password or username!

I know the procedure with cisco pix firewalls (tftp server and so on) but how does this work with a aironet 1200?

This document should help you reset the password so that you can then erase the config

i still checkt this document!
I have firmware 1.0.0 so i took the steps 1.0.1 or earlier!

So when i reboot teh ap and try pressing ESC when this message appears:
Type <esc> within 5 seconds for menu
It ignores me and continoues booting...dont know what to do!

But sometimes it notice my ESC press, but when i should choose a option like "C" or "1" it boots further..

solved: with following command in hyperterminal:
:resetall
--> YES
