I am trying to create a link for users to that will set their default homepage to my homepage (this is in an Intranet environment where management does not want to use GPO to force user's to have it as a homepage).

I've found several scripts online similiar to this one: http://javascript.internet.com/miscellaneous/set-home-page.html  but have not been able to find the code for IE 7 to choose the radial button that states use this webpage as your only homepage.

Not sure what you mean

You cannot do

<input type="radio" name="homepage"
onClick="this.style.behavior='url(#default#homepage)';this.setHomePage('http://www.yourhomepage.com');"> Yourhomepage
<input type="radio" name="homepage"
onClick="this.style.behavior='url(#default#homepage)';this.setHomePage('http://www.otherhomepage.com');">Otherhomepage

I guess I thought it was a radial button.  In IE 7 when you go to Homepage Icon and choose Add or Change Homepage it brings up a dialog box that states "Would you like to use the following as your homepage?"  Then there are two choices: "Use this webpage as your only home page" or "Add this webpage to your home page tabs."  I want to make sure that it "Use this webpage as your only home page is choosen."  Is there are way to do that with Javascript?

My fault, I just read online that radial button is an improper term.  It is "radio button" as suggested.  I will correct my colleagues as I hear them misuse the term.

No. You cannot script the browser's user settings.
