Outlook Signature Not Displaying Properly
Hi there,
I have one person in my company that has noticed that their outlook signature seems to change color on certain replies. The color is suppose to be dark blue, but it changes to a pale yellow on their replies. We've tried deleting the signature and creating a new one in outlook and that didn't work either. I really don't want to attempt backing up their data files and then deleting the email account and try to restore it after with a new signature. Has anyone come across this problem or know of any other solutions?

Hi frankco,
We tried your suggestion and it didn't work. The user is using Outlook 2002 by the way. I wonder if upgrading to 2003 would fix the problem?

Hi quanmac,
Just to double check, one can have a different signature for replies/forwards compared to for emails they compose fresh. Have you checked that signature too? Also, make sure the signature is set to HTML and set to black text - if it's plain text any "stationary" settings will change the colours too.

It ended up that the user had the 'Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit email messages' checked off. When I un-checked it, the problem went away and the signature was displayed properly.
Thanks for you help anyways.
