NtpClient Event ID 14 Error

In my "System" event log on my Windows 2003 Server, I get the following warning:

Event Type:      Warning
Event Source:      W32Time
Event Category:      None
Event ID:                           14
Date:            7/26/2007
Time:            10:28:23 AM
User:            N/A
The time provider NtpClient was unable to find a domain controller to use as a time source. NtpClient will try again in 30 minutes.

How do I get rid of the warning?

    Accepted Solution

    google network time servers.
    open a command prompt
    net time /SETSNTP: server1 server2 servernnnnn

this sets what the server will synchronize its clock with.  Mostly I stick to big name universities.

    net time /
    will work.

But I'd still use a different university server rather than that one.  It gets pretty beat up, I'd guess.
