Maintain Sync two Web Applications

What I want to do is run two websites and keep them synced.

Each web site is on a different server, one web site will have a SQL Express Db and the other will have a SQL Server 2005 DB.

I would like to be able to read and write to each system.

If someone makes a job in System A it will also make it in System B.
If someone makes a job in System B it will also make it in System A.

Any ideas on a efficient quick way to approach this.

This is .NET 2.0
SQL Server 2005
Severs are in different Data-Centers so the connection is limited, I was thinking a web-service.

Sql Server Express only supports replication subscription. (This means you can replicate your sql 2005 to the sql express, but not the other way around.)

So if you want to keep everything in sync you will have to do "manual" replication which means send the updates to your databases to both servers and make sure you program a system to deal with conflicts.

If they where both full SQL Server would there be a way?

With enterprise edition you could use peer to peer replication.
