Windows 2003 Enterprise Media

First off, I want to clarify that I guarantee you that this isn't for piracy reasons (otherwise I wouldn't be dumb enough to ask here).  I ordered Windows 2003 Enterprise licensing from CDW last week for a major ERP implementation that I have going on this week.  I have to get the server up & going by tomorrow morning, however, Microsoft decided that they didn't want the media to arrive until next Tuesday!  (2 weeks ship time).  I have the eMOLP license code etc & am ready to install. My question is two fold:

1) If I download the trial from MS' website, can I use my eMOLP key to install the full version?
2) Is there any where that I can download a legitimate copy that would use my license key?

I know it's far-fetched, but please let me know.

What is open value?  Is that the same as eMOLP?

Open Value is explained here.

This artcile explains about emolp.

Open Value licensing is much better.

So, since I only have eMOLP, then I am dead in the water?

What if I have an MSDN subscription...does that download use my serial number?

Darn...it uses a different serial, or what?

To be legitimate you have to use the same serial with the copies of media that you receive.
