Java Containers / Performance

I am stuck on the performance issue/algorithrm problem...
the problem: .im parsing an xml file... this is a simple example of it
<info>
 <name></name>
 <id></id>
 <pw><pw>
 <ip></ip>
</info>

I will have about a 250K of these little chunks... now after the looping is done in the xml parser class, i will need to return 1 big container.  This container should CONTAIN about 250K smaller containers where each individual little container consists of 4 elements: name, id, pw and ip.  ...

Does anyone know what collection utility i should use for this??
Performance matter!!! i have a lot of ideas on how to do it but they are brute force...too slow...

Thanks.
