Not recieving messages from specfic domains.

Not able to recieve mail from certain domains.  I am running a 2003 SP2 Exchange server.   I have a Sonicwall firewall forwarding SMTP traffic to my server.  I recently has a complaint the mail was not coming through from a specfic domain.  I contacted the mail admin for the domain and had him telnet to port 25 successfully.
They had not got any bounce back messages yet

I am running mail enssentials for my spam filter.  I ran a domain report and there is no incoming messages for this domain.

#1....what settings do you have on your IIS for Default SMTP Virtual Server..., especially the Access Tab and the Delivery Tab

I am also running ME and I have no problem.....

if you can post what i requested above, we can start from there and then enter into ME config to see other details.

In IIS I dont have the Default SMTP Server installed.  I have been running Exchange for years and receive mail from all over the world.

I was unaware that I needed that installed.

ok...let me ask you this....

is your exchange server on a separate box and ME is installed on separate box OR are they on the same machine?

ME = Mail Essentials (i am assuming you know what ME does?)

in your local domains in GFI, do you have all the domain listed there....

this can be found in GFI application by right clicking on General----Properties----Local Domains Tab
make sure all domains are listed there.  if not, you will need to add them.
