Having trouble with .net web service and PHP

I'm having trouble when making a soap request to a .NET web service from PHP... I keep getting the following SOAP Fault message "Server was unable to process request. --> Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Does anyone have any experience with this?

    Usually it means you've got a bad reference from the client's URI.  However, it's pretty generic.  What's your remoting code look like?

    Hi, Thanks for the response,

    $WSDL = new SOAP_WSDL('authenticationservice.xml');
    $client   = $WSDL->getProxy();

    $challenge = $client->GetChallenge(PUBLIC_KEY);

    WSDL Section
          <s:element name="GetChallenge">
                <s:element minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="1" name="ClientKey" type="s:base64Binary" />

    Thanks for the help
