Dumping QuickVPN

I am having a hard time removing Linksys QuickVPN so that I install the latest version. the uninstall gets to the screen where it tells you to mark the radio button to remove the software & click on the next button. Well I click on the next button & that's where it hangs. It won't go any farther.

Any suggestions??

Thanks!!

What you might want to try is booting into safemode and uninstalling the program from there. Also, you can go to the Linksys home page and see search for any removal tools for this certain issue.

Make sure the client is not running when you try to delete. I believe if you right click on the task bar icon (lower right) you have the option to close/exit.
