Using WinSCP for file transfer

hi
i have downloaded winscp to transfer files from one machine to anohter. i need to connect to 3-4 machine thru remote desktop and sometiimes i need to do a file transfer.

how can i do that through winscp. i started it but its asking for some session host name etc...
how can i use the interface. any guidance
