Find Active X control to combine Multiple Pdf's into one pdf

.net 2003

Find Active X control to combine Multiple Pdf's into one pdf.
But do this thorugh .net code....not a gui interface...
Does Adobe offer an sdk that will do this ?
Does one exist ?
