If that isn't your domain then it's not your problem. The sender should contact the recipient by other means and get their IT department to trace it.

The domain we send from is our domain, and the domain we send to is a third part mail company. the problem is that they can`t send mail to our domain. so its a 2way problem

The error above isn't your problem, they're rejecting your mail.

What do they get when they send mail to your domain? Presumably they get a bounce message?

But when they send mail to our domain i got this error message:

"Det gick inte att skicka meddelandet på grund av att servern inte godkände en av mottagarna. Serversvar: 550 jonny.jacobsson@xxx.se unknown user account.
(konto:rufus.swip.net, smtp.server: mail.tele2.se, Felnummer: 0x800ccc79)."

Sorry for the long wait for a reply, I've been moving house.

Do you have an anti-spam filter or anything? Unknown User Account would suggest that you have something performing recipient filtering for inbound e-mail.
