SQL 2K install on a Windows 2003 2 Node Cluster

I have a Windows 2003 two node cluster and am trying to install sql 2000.
I go through the first steps of the install ok then it hangs after I have put the virtual ip address in for the virtual sql cluster.

    Is the IP address in use, assigned in DNS?
