Why not just use VLOOKUP formulas in sheet 1 to get the data from Sheet2?

    Assisted Solution

    Rory's correct.

A Vlookup would would nice for that something like Vlookup(EMPID, RANGEtoSEEK, COLUMNofRESULT, FALSE)

    From the help - VLOOKUP(lookup_value,table_array,col_index_num,range_lookup)
