system views in msdb

i have a database owner and sysadmin right but I can only see a few system views under msdb table?
I amnot quite sure why i can not see the entire system views?

    If you have sysadmin rights and are trying to access this information through SSMS the only other cause I can think of is if there is a display filter set.

    To check this navigate in SSMS Databases -> System Databases -> msdb -> Views -> System Views

    Right click on the folder and a dialog for display filters should come up, see if there is one active.

    If it is a permissions issue (not a display issue) then find the name of a System View you know exists and try querying it to see what the error says.
