I am trying to figure out how to import a .eml file from exchange 2000 that has contacts in it to Outlook. It was originally located in a public folder that everyone shared on the network. The drive containing the data has crashed and I am working from a backup copy. When I import it into outlook express or Outlook, it wants to treat it as an email instead of a contact with all the fields. Additionally I do not see the contact fields, I only get some text that seems to be a description of the contact NOT the contact data like phone numbers, email address and mailing address.<br />
This is a critical file for the organization.
