Word 2007 Bullet Formatting NIGHTMARE!

I have a bullet list inside a table.  There is one bulleted line per table row.  In Word 2003, I could just assign the bullet, then adjust spacing all in the Bullet Dialog Box.

But not in Word 2007, oh no, in Word 2007, the geniuses in M$ decided we no longer needed a Bullet Dialog Box where everything could be adjusted at once.  They decided they needed to spread the joy so that I have to go to multiple places (if I can find them) just to format my bullets.

Ok, on my table bullets, I want to adjust the space AFTER the bullet and before the text.  If you are doing this outside of a table, it is simple, you just right click and select "Adjust List Indents" from the shortcut menu and make your changes.

However, on the Table Shortcut Menu, THERE IS NO OPTION  for "Adjust List Indents"!   Also, in the brilliance, M$ made it so I can't add that option to the Table Shortcut Menu.

So basically, as far as I can tell, it is now impossible to format bullet spacing within a Table in Word 2007.  I hope I am wrong, but if I am right, I am willing to pay the medical bills so M$ can get their heads examined.

There's a program called Classic Menu for Word 2007.  It's a shareware application with a free 15 day trial:

So I just invested in Word 2007 and I have to spend MORE money just so it works as well as Word 2003?

I'm sorry, but are the Word Developers at M$ COMPLETELY out of their minds?  I have searched and searched the web on this, and as far as I can tell, M$ has made it so there is NO WAY TO FORMAT BULLETS WITHIN A TABLE!  I mean, what?!!!

And I can hear the M$ representative now... "Our focus testing showed that only 12.3% of users actually use bullets within a table, so we have decided to now make it impossible.  To those 12% that actually do use bullets in a table, we just figure you are already so invested in Word that you can't change anyway.  Yeah you're screwed, but cry to someone that cares..."

Hopefully I am missing something obvious and this is easy.
