Shortcut key of Real Player

Why the hotkey or shortcut key of RealPlayer doesn't work suddenly? How can I make it work again?
For example, if I press Ctrl + 3, it should zoom it to full screen. If I press Ctrl + P it should pause.
I got no idea why it doesn't work suddenly? Anyone can help?
P.S. the shortcut key is work fine in Windows Media Player.

this applies to real player 10 probably works for other versions:
Hotkeys won't work if you have FilterKeys enabled in your Windows Accessibility Options
To use RealPlayer hotkeys, you'll need to disable FilterKeys:

1. On the Windows taskbar, click the Start button.
2. Select Control Panel (or Settings, then Control Panel).
3. Choose Accessibility Options.
4. Uncheck the Use FilterKeys box.
5. Click OK.

You should now be able to use the RealPlayer hotkeys.

Can't say why it would have changed, unless some updates removed the old keys or they are over lapping with other media players, check your task manager for any instances of media players running. Have you rebooted?

And you dont have caps on or the tabs off.

The FilterKeys is already unchecked. So...the problem is still unsolved.

Any chance you can pin point what may have caused the changes?
What you may have done/
Have you installed anything new? Such as Real Alternative?
If you have RealAlternative installed, you will need to remove it before RealPlayer will work.
have you tried system restore back to before this changed
You may have to uninstall and re-install Real player.
