How can i have all macro in a file and use them when ever required.When ever i open a new excel or a existing excel these macros should be seen there and i should be able to run them.

Be advised that the linked page KCTS points to shows how to create a Personal.xls file,
which is what you appear to need. I would advise NOT storing the macros in a book.xlt
template.
