Download all mails from the mailbox

Is there a way to download all the mails of a users mailbox to a pst and leave a copy in the server too.I mean to just copy the mails to a pst.I dont want to open there mailbox and do the same.Is there a script which can ask me for the username and pst name and then download (Copy) all mails to a pst.

    There should be an option in account setup on your email client for this.

    Outlook 2K
    Tools>Accounts> Select account> Advaced Tab> Check Box under Deilvery "Leave a copy of messages on Server"
