Using; VS2005 C#

I have a dataset.xsd containing dataset tables in a graphical layout.

I can set the Dataset column MaxLength to any number, however I noticed the default is '-1'

Does this mean 'no limit' ?

    Accepted Solution

Yes, the value of -1 indicates that there is no maximum length for the column. This column is only used for text columns, all non-text columns will ignore it.
