custum dialog form

I want to create a class like messagebox that work like this


when I call the shared method search I want to open a form like a search form and then do some selection and return that result directly to the variable1 and the inputbox

I see 2 options:
1. You can create a form, that performs every logic you want. In this form you declare a public variable that holds the final result. You just have call it like this:
    dim myForm as new <form>
    Variable1 = myForm.Result

2. You create a class, and in this class you call a form (like above). Then you can easily use something like you mentioned.
