I checked the event manager again and found a 2021 error which I now have to deal with.<br />

After running process explorer I notice a file not being found repeatedly.<br />
<br />
It was the svchost.exe that was looking for it.<br />
<br />
It is C:/windows/system32/cmondl<wbr />l.dll<br />
<br />
Can anyone guide me as to what that file is for and where it should be?<br />
